eligibility criteria
To qualify for a Loan Against Property, you must meet the following basic criteria.
- Salaried: 21 to 60 years
- Self-Employed: 25 to 65 years
- Salaried individuals working with private or government organisations
- Self-employed professionals or business owners
- Must own a residential, commercial, or industrial property
- Property should be free from legal disputes and clearly titled
- Credit Score: Ideally 700 or above for smooth approval
- Salaried: Minimum 1 year with current employer
- Self-employed: Minimum 3 years of business continuity
- Property Location & Condition: Should be in a lender-approved city and in good condition
Documents Required
Only a few basic documents are needed for a smooth and hassle-free Loan Against Property process.
- Identity Proof (Any one): Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport/Driving License
- Address Proof (Any one): Aadhaar Card/Utility Bill (Electricity/Water)/Passport/Rent Agreement (if applicable)
- For Salaried Individuals: Last 3–6 months’ salary slips/Latest Form 16/Bank statements for the last 6 months
- For Self-Employed Individuals: Income Tax Returns for the last 2–3 years/Profit & Loss Statement/Business registration proof/Bank statements for the last 6–12 months
- Property Documents: Registered Sale Deed / Title Deed/Approved Building Plan/Property Tax ReceiptsEncumbrance Certificate (if applicable)/Occupancy Certificate (for constructed property)
